It’s perfectly natural to be cautious when selling a high value item. So here are a few answers to frequently asked questions. If your query isn’t answered here, please get in touch using the form at the bottom of this page.

Do you buy any make or model?

We buy:

• UK branded motorhomes and campervans up to 20 years old
• European branded motorhomes and campervans up to 20 years old
• UK branded touring caravans up to 10 years old.

We don’t buy:

• American motorhomes
• Continental caravans
• Roma caravans

How can you make an offer without seeing my motorhome/caravan?

With many years industry experience Chris usually knows the motorhome, campervan or caravan you have. Once certain essential information has been gained and we have an overall impression of condition, an offer will be made over the phone. If you accept this offer, then on our arrival a short appraisal of the vehicle will take place, to confirm its described condition.

How and when will I get paid?

Once you have agreed to sell to us, arrangements will be made for collection, usually within 48hours. Payment will be made by internet transfer direct to your bank account, once the appraisal is completed. We don’t bring carrier bags of cash (have you ever tried counting £20,000? It takes ages!).

What if you find a problem on appraisal?

Great care is taken to obtain a detailed description of your vehicle, on which to base the price offered. If an unknown, unforeseen problem is identified, it will always be demonstrated and discussed; it does not necessarily mean that we can’t take the vehicle, however it may affect the valuation.

Can I get more money?
